Dr. Zhu Chuanhai is the Technical Director of Technology Management and Products R&D Department, Greenland Group. He is incharge of super highrise and office projects management center, structural center and is the technical leader of the construction industrialization joint leading group. He majored in bridge and tunnel engineering and awarded his Ph.D. from Tongji University in 2003. He is the former Project Design Manager of Zublin International GmbH and Deputy Chief Engineer of China Resources Land Co., Ltd.. He joined Greenland Group in May 2012 and is mainly responsible for comprehensive technical management work of major projects such as Schaeffler Asia Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Headquarters and R&D Center, Shanghai Bund Jiuli, China Resources land Mixc Series, Xi'an China International Silk Road Center (501m), Nanjing Greenland Jinmao IFC (500m), Wuhan Greenland Center (475m), Chengdu Greenland Center (468m) and other more than 10 super high-rise projects(more than 300 m) in Greenland Group.
