Yan Torres is PGNY Chief Estimator and Project Manager with over 20 Years of experience in the construction Industry. He oversees the exterior cladding projects. He is highly skilled in pre-construction design and value engineering and has outstanding relationships with architects, exterior consultants, developers, and contractors while continuously generating budgets for upcoming projects. Yan earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibague, Colombia.
