I am a Senior Management Professional with rich experience in identifying, appraising, conceptualising, planning and executing multiple concurrent and complex residential, commercial and hospitality projects across India. This includes feasibility studies, land acquisition, legal & liaison coordination, business plan underwriting, project planning, design coordination, project management, construction management, fit-outs & handing over. I have worked on projects across India at places like Mumbai, Bhuj, Bhopal, Sunabeda, Mundra, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore & Gurgaon In last 20+ years I have executed following types of projects from concept to completion: Plotted Developments & Villas; High Rise Residential Apartments / Tall Buildings; Townships; IT Park; Five Star Hotels and Commercial: Retail / Offices / Mall.
