Sthaladipti Saha

Saha has completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Jadavpur University, India in 1989 and has been with L&T since then. He played a key role in the design of many landmark pre-cast structures like JawarharLal Nehru Stadium at Chennai, Hitec City at Hyderabad, DIAL Airport at New Delhi. He introduced pre-stressed concrete flat slabs for the project Cyber Gateway at Hyderabad for L&T infrastructure limited. He was responsible for many pre-stressed IT and office spaces for Cognizant Technologies, HSBC, DMRC and Deloitte, to name a few. Saha has done extensive research and applications on precast units and is in the process of setting up a precast hollow core slab factory at Mumbai. Saha is also an internal faculty for glass and facades, precast & pre-stressed concrete design & practices. Saha has published and presented technical papers about concrete, concrete practices and unique projects design & constructed using concrete at various national and international forums. He is a member of various national and internal codal committees.
