Steve heads up a dedicated façade specialist team that provides unique façade cost, value, procurement and risk advice, specific to alinea projects. Steve has successfully advised on many notable schemes, across multiple sectors, including The Shard, One New Change, Central Saint Giles, Regents Place Quarter and Bloomberg HQ. Notable alinea projects include 22 Bishopsgate, One Angel Court, St. Giles Circus, 8 Bishopsgate, 1 Leadenhall, and currently the Whiteleys development.
