Sophie Baker

Sophie has been working in the built environment for 10 years. Starting her career as a British Army engineering officer. She has worked on some of Skanska’s most high profile projects, such as Battersea Power Station and 80 Fenchurch Street in a variety of differing roles. She is now a Senior Construction Manager focused on façade delivery. Sophie has a passion for aesthetic design as well as the practical installation, and thoroughly enjoys working within a big diverse team of subject matter experts. She is also a strong advocate for equity in construction.
