Scott Armstrong is passionate and often speaks publicly about buildings: their design and construction, ongoing performance, deterioration and failure, and ultimately their renewal. His expertise is diverse and includes façade systems and cladding, the science and art of building enclosures, roofs, and vegetated roofs, building retrofits and renewal, sustainability and carbon, and integrated design facilitation for new and existing buildings. Scott's 20-plus years’ experience has provided direct project experience in the sectors of commercial, institutional, heritage, recreational, mid-and high-rise residential, and neighborhood developments in Canada, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.
