Ross is Commercial Development Director of transformational urban regeneration developer MEPC, the asset management and development arm of Federated Hermes Private Markets. Ross heads up the day-to-day delivery of the £1.2 billion GDV Paradise redevelopment in Birmingham, now regarded as the UK’s most important and largest city centre development outside of London, having been involved with the scheme for over a decade. Ross has over 20 years of experience of project management in the property development sector including construction delivery, commercial agreements, planning, lettings, tenant negotiations and property marketing.
