Robert Golda

Robert Golda is a Senior Project Manager at AECOM Tishman, leading façade construction management on major New York projects. With nearly two decades of international experience, his work spans enclosure systems from design and procurement through manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and post occupancy evaluation. His passion lies where design ambition meets fabrication and field execution. He focuses on translating architectural vision into manufacturable systems while balancing constructability, quality, cost, and schedule. He is especially interested in how façades perform after completion and how commissioning and post occupancy lessons can improve future projects. At JPMorganChase’s global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue, Robert played a central role in AECOM Tishman’s management of the façade. His current work also includes the renovation of 383 Madison Avenue and the new 350 Park Avenue. He previously held roles with Heintges, SOM, and Horizon Engineering Associates, now part of FST Technical Services, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from NJIT.
