Richard Tan Retita

Richard Tan Retita has over 25 years of extensive experience in the façade industry, specializing primarily in Facade Engineering and as a Façade Consultant for a diverse portfolio of projects both domestic and international. He possesses in-depth knowledge in local and international codes of practice and standards, with a proven track record of delivering successful façade engineering design and solutions across various locations including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Myanmar, India, Hong Kong, Bahrain, Qatar, and China. Richard graduated from STI West Negros University, Philippines, with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Throughout his career, Richard has collaborated with a wide array of prestigious projects including High Rise Offices, Hotels, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Airports, Condominiums, Domes, Minarets and many others. He is currently an associate of SZ Facade Sdn Bhd, a Facade Engineering Consultancy Company catering for any Facade related works and SZ+INTL-PLUS, an advance BIM and Parametric Design application for facade development.
