Richard Devero

As a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager, Richard has designed concepts in all aspects of building systems & structures. His role frequently involves coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines with the architect and other consultants. Richard works on large-scale multifamily and corporate office buildings across Texas. Richard attended Jesuit in Dallas before completing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri – Columbia. He has been with Schmidt & Stacy® for over 9 years, is involved in The Texas Real Estate Council, and in his spare time, enjoys rooting on all of the Dallas sports teams and trying new restaurants.
