Rahul Kulkarni

Rahul Kulkarni co-directs HOK’s India practice and is based in Mumbai. He is an experienced designer as well as project management professional with a demonstrated history of working with complex project types across US, Middle East, SE Asia and India. He is skilled in Urban Design, Master Planning and Conceptual Building Design for Residential, Commercial, Higher-Education and Mixed-Use project types. He has strong communication, graphic design and presentation skills with ability to steer project workshops and consensus-building with clients, stakeholders and consultant teams. In his current role as Director of HOK India, Rahul routinely helps clients with innovative and adaptable solutions for their projects, developing project brief, define development objectives, and navigating operational and programmatic challenges throughout the project design phases.
