Paul has over 25 years’ experience within the construction industry, with a focus on delivering technically complex projects from a concept stage to starting on site. Having worked across site-based operational roles, technical leadership of Major Projects business and all activities within pre-construction, Paul brings a practical experience to the early stages of projects to ensure key technical requirements, buildability and cost efficiencies are driven into every development.
