Owen Detlor

Owen Detlor is a Preconstruction Services Manager, overseeing Enclos’ early involvement in new and prospective work. With over 13 years in the architecture and construction industry, including 10 with Enclos, Owen brings diverse experience and a holistic perspective to the preconstruction process. In addition to his current position, Owen has worked at Enclos as a Preconstruction Designer and Project Manager and comes from a background as a professional Architect. In parallel with developing budgets and bid proposals for new work, Owen has managed Enclos’ extended involvement in numerous monumental Design-Assist, Design-Build, and IPD projects, with comprehensive engagement in design development, target value design, project budgeting, and project delivery planning.
