Nathaniel Funk is the Vice President, Development at Bosa Properties, where he leads a diverse portfolio of mixed-use high-rise projects in downtown Vancouver and Surrey City Centre. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of British Columbia and is NCARB Certified in the United States. Nathaniel began his career as an architect in Chicago, working on a variety of projects across the country before transitioning into real estate development in British Columbia. His extensive project experience includes multi-family residential housing, hotel, commercial office, retail, industrial, institutional, and heritage developments in both urban and rural environments.
