Bio
Martin Houston, AIA, is the Director of Learning and Development for Walsh Construction Co. Martin is developing training modules across all disciplines of the company, ultimately providing a consistent delivery system to aid the growth of our employees. This system serves as a platform for sharing procedures, policies and best practices for learning and development. He previously served as the Quality Director for WCC, leading a team of architects and field quality control personnel in pursuit of durable, air-tight and energy efficient projects for our clients. He has a B.Arch. degree from the University of Cincinnati, holds architecture licenses in California, Washington and Oregon, is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Construction Document Technologist (CSI) and a Certified Building Science Thermographer.
