Bio
An engineer and architect, Maria Carbonell chose to have a dual education with the aim of broadening her view of the entire construction process. She joined Arcora in 2011 and developed technical skills in façade physics and rehabilitation issues. After an experience in an international architectural office (RCR) and in a Germanic design office (Bollinger+Grohmann), Maria joined Arcora again in 2018 to develop in the management of architectural facade design and to specialise in low carbon construction methods. Within Arcora, Maria has notably worked on large-scale new or renovation programmes such as the Trinity, Eria and Amère e+ towers in La Défense, as well as on wood envelope projects such as the Le Passage project in Montreuil.
