Leigh Easden

Leigh Easden, Principal and Co Office Director at Thornton Tomasetti, is a Façade Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. During this time he has been involved with a diverse assortment of building types in various locations, from residential, hotels, commercial, retail, education and healthcare situated in Europe, Australia, Middle East, Asia and the United States. In addition to expertise in the design and analysis of curtain walling, glazing and cladding systems he has a detailed knowledge of façade cladding materials including aluminium, glass, steel, precast concrete, GRC, composites and timber. His current focus is on developing the next generation of façade engineers that will help realise the potential of façades and building for the future.
