Kushagra Awasthi

Kushagra Awasthi comes with over 13 years of experience in various aspects of façade and fenestration in both Aluminium and UPVC products. By education, he is a post-graduate in Architecture, integrated with Façade Design, from TH OWL, Germany, and a graduate of Anna University in Mechanical Engineering, from India. His core competencies include custom engineering, value engineering, and system development. In his current role, he heads the engineering division of Schueco India, that is responsible for technical compliance, pre-construction designing, post-award activities, structural engineering, new product development and L&D activities. Prior to this role, he was leading product management for a global portfolio where he was accountable for article management, market analysis, product costing and product performance. He comes with a diverse knowledge in project execution, auditing and troubleshooting with his experience over these 9 years with Schueco India, in both commercial and residential businesses. Before Schueco, his capabilities span across plant operations and material planning. In his free time, he prefers listening to music, and enjoys going on long scenic drives.
