Bio
Kenny Martens is 33 years old and lives in Zwevezele, Belgium. He has a master’s degree in civil engineering – structural design and received his Ph.D. on structural glass beam systems at Ghent University in 2018. Following his graduation, Kenny founded vitroplena, a project, expertise and engineering office for architectural glazing and structural glass projects of which he is managing director up to today. Vitroplena handles classic glazing projects such as balustrades and façades, as well as high-end unique projects such as glass bridges, swimming pools, 3D glass pavilions, etc.
