Judith Opferkuch

Judith studied art history, focusing on contemporary art, architectural and design history. Following her master's degree at École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris, she gained extensive experience in managing international art exhibitions and cultural journalism. From 2017 until 2021, she worked in communications at the Swiss architecture firm Her-zog & de Meuron overseeing projects in France, the US, and Hong Kong. Since February 2023, Judith has been heading the communications department of Itten+Brechbühl (IB), Zurich. For the company's creative hub, IB Atelier, Judith organizes the biennial international Student Competition UTOPIA to further the future generation of architects.
