Fiona brings 26 years of expertise in project management, development, and asset enhancement, with a proven track record of delivering iconic and complex projects in Singapore and China. She is currently leading Geneo, the latest phase in CapitaLand’s multistage rejuvenation of Singapore Science Park. With exceptional leadership skills and industry knowledge, Fiona consistently drives project success. As Deputy Project Director of CapitaSpring, she played a pivotal role in the successful completion of the 51-storey integrated development at the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, amidst challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Other notable highlights include contributing to the construction of Jewel Changi Airport's façade dome, being featured on National Geographic, and inspiring the next-generation of real estate professionals as a speaker at the “Women in Engineering” event at Nanyang Technological University.
