Christina Gilbey​

With over 20 years industry experience, Christina has navigated a successful career path and developed the majority of her skills and expertise during her time at Buildcorp. She commenced in the role of contracts administrator as the first female on the delivery side of the business whilst also completing a degree in Construction Management at QUT. In 2013, after successfully delivering projects in the new build, fitout and refurbishment space, Christina was promoted to Project Manager, again the first female in this role. In 2018, Christina transitioned into the role of Bid Manager, helping to lead the front-end team securing new work for the business. This has included establishing a presence in the remedial sector, developing methodologies, and securing various ACP replacement and façade refurbishment projects. In this role Christina continues to solve problems offering buildability advice and solutions to achieve a clients vision and overcome challenging obstacles on projects.
