Brody Isaac

Brody is the Head of Sustainability at McLaren Construction with over 10 years’ experience helping developers and principal contractors deliver sustainable construction practices. Specialising in the decarbonisation of site activities, embodied carbon reductions strategies, sustainable building certifications (BREEAM, LEED & WELL), circular economy in design and construction and the delivery of Net Zero Carbon buildings in construction. Brody uses his experience to; develop companies net zero carbon targets and road maps, improve their work winning function, aid in consistent project delivery, achieve client and planning sustainability targets and pioneer initiatives to develop the circular economy. At the SHIFT Sustainability Award’s Brody has won the ‘Sustainability Champion of the Year’ and ‘Sustainability Strategy of the Year’ awards, recognising his extensive commitment to the delivery of sustainable practices in the build environment.
