Barbra Anne del Castillo-Go

Arch. Barbra Anne “Barbie” Del Castillo-Go has been part of the Casas+Architects, Inc. family for 15 years a journey that began in 2010 when she joined as a Project Architect I for Solaire in Entertainment City. From those early days on-site to now helping shape the firm’s direction, Barbie’s career has been marked by dedication, quiet strength, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Over the years, she has made her mark on some of the firm’s major projects, including UST Santa Rosa in Laguna, Westside City, and Hann Reserve in Clark. But beyond her project contributions, Barbie has continually pushed herself to grow. In 2016, she earned her Executive Master’s in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), graduating with distinction an achievement that reflects her drive to bridge design and business. Since then, Barbie has taken on a larger role in the company’s business planning, development, and marketing efforts. She’s led countless project presentations, negotiations, and client meetings, always with a calm and composed presence. Known for her “nerves of steel,” she’s often the steady hand that guides teams through high-pressure situations, helping to diffuse crises and keep things on track. Her leadership has also inspired improvements within the firm introducing systems and tools like the man-hour calculation and contract templates, the C+A reference booklet, and project administration reports all aimed at making work more efficient and consistent. With her deep understanding of both design and strategy, and her ability to lead with grace under pressure, Barbie continues to be a driving force in shaping the future of Casas+Architects, Inc. a true example of growth, resilience, and heart.
