Aixa Duque is an architect and an Urban Planner with over 15 years of experience in sustainability strategies applied to the built environment, having led multinational projects across hospitality, education, and urban planning. Since 2009, she has built a strong track record in sustainability research, consultancy, and policy development, with a focus on meaningful innovation. At Greenlab, where she currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, she leads end-to-end operations with a clear mandate: translating sustainability vision into measurable results. Her work spans building and urban certification, ESG reporting, and net-zero strategies, bridging design, data, and operational leadership in service of a sustainable transition.
